# Account Types

### 1. Google & Email Login (Recommended)

* Fastest & easiest way to get started.
* Fully non-custodial & secured through [Privy](https://www.privy.io/user-guide).
* Embedded wallet will automatically get created for your account.
* Supports [MFA](/lit-docs/account-management/enable-mfa.md).

### 2.  Web3 Login (Advanced)

* Connect your own external EVM compatible wallet
  * Lit supports any web3 wallet including [MetaMask](https://metamask.io/), [Rabby](https://rabby.io/), [Phantom](https://phantom.com/), etc.
* You’ll need to sign a few messages to authenticate and enable trading on Lit.
* You can manage your existing Hyperliquid positions and carry over your [Fee Tier](/lit-docs/info/fees.md) based on your wallet volume.
* Users who signup with External Wallets can still create additional embedded wallets under the same account.
